We require a £50 booking deposit, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the event.
We cover London, Essex and Kent.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak summer dates and weekends.
Please let us know in advance if there are stairs, lifts or difficult access requirements at the venue.
In most cases yes — subject to availability.
Yes — we carry public liability insurance for all of our events.
Yes — we regularly provide booths for corporate functions, networking events and brand activations.
Our attendants remain on site to resolve any issues quickly and keep the experience running smoothly.
Yes — we can travel outside our standard coverage area may incur an additional fee.
No — all pricing and any travel fees are discussed upfront before booking confirmation.
Yes — we offer packages tailored for weddings, including one with a virtual guest book and custom designs.
Absolutely — custom designs are included as standard with all packages. Even custom logos can be incorporated for a truly bespoke feel.
