We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website about your event booking enquiry. We may also use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages and page interaction information in order to improve website performance.

HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

When you submit a booking enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, event venue, phone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

WHY DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

We collect such information in order to be able to provide our services to you, our customer. We also collect information in order to provide site users with better customer service, which includes promotional messages and responses to enquiries.​ We may also use the information we collect to create statistical data in order to improve our service. ​By using this site and submitting your information, you signify your acceptance of our privacy policy.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

Provide your event details using our contact form. We'll then contact you via email or mobile to confirm our availability. We'll then schedule you in for a brief pre-event consultation to discuss your event needs so you'll get the perfect experience on the day. 

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY PACKAGE?

We offer add-ons to take your package to the next level. Add backdrops, paper guestbooks, balloons and more! 

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS?

Custom prints are offered as an add-on. These come in two sizes; 2x6 and 4x6 (inches). There are several different styles and orientations to choose from, so just ask and we'll send over some examples.

DO I NEED TO PLACE A DEPOSIT?

All bookings require a £50.00 deposit to ensure that we can secure your event date. Check out our T&Cs page for information on bookings, payments and more.
